Refunds, Returns and Complaints
1. Feedback
Your feedback is important to me at Flowering Heights. Please email me to let me know what you thought about my flowers. Your flowers are processed and delivered on the same day and are guaranteed for 5 days. If care is taken, flowers can last up to two weeks. The care card included with your flowers is a guide to keeping your flowers looking fresh and healthy.

2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns cannot be accepted once an arrangement has been delivered and accepted.
If you believe your order was incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The arrangement was not delivered as agreed.
- The flowers arrived in poor condition and cannot be replaced promptly.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Complaints
I aim to provide exceptional service and quality. If you have a complaint, please contact me via:

Complaints should be raised within 48 hours of delivery. I will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve the issue promptly.
5. Exceptions
Custom or personalised arrangements cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Seasonal variations may occur; substitutions will be made with equal or greater value flowers.
